Shipping

Processing Time

All orders are handmade to order or shipped from existing stock. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

Delivery Estimates

  • USA (Standard): 5–10 business days
  • USA (Expedited): 2–4 business days (if available at checkout)
  • International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination country)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or customs processing.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and package size. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country. PreciousSentiment is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • In original, undamaged condition
  • Not worn, altered, or washed
  • Returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged by misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@precioussentiment.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or we made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
